Kelcy Ainsworth, Event Producer/Installer
As a recent addition to our team, Kelcy brings strong artistic and design skills. With a background in art and interior design, she loves being involved in the preparation and installation of all of our weddings and corporate events. She is currently seeking her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northern Illinois University. She enjoys being surrounded by the beauty of fresh flowers and is grateful to be working in a creative job that helps create a beautiful day for all of our wonderful brides. -
Lauren Arnold, Event Producer/Installer
Lauren’s positive attitude and passion for executing events brings great energy to our team! She is currently attending Rock Valley College earning her Associate’s of Arts degree and will be attending University of Wisconsin-Whitewater this fall, working to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She enjoys watching each piece of an event come together, from linens, flowers and other décor, and being part of a bride’s special day brings her joy. She is responsible for receiving and processing all of the fresh floral product received each week, and enjoys watching the design team create beautiful designs for each and every bride. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for the United Way I Read program and dreams of becoming the CEO of her own business someday. -
Lauren Grabow, Event Producer/Installer
Lauren joined the Event Floral team in 2015. She then went on to further her education at Southeast Missouri State University and recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Communication with a minor in Public Relations. Her goal is to become a pharmaceutical sales representative and is enjoying her time back with the team at Event Floral until then. Lauren is passionate about painting, photography, and anything else that allows her to express her creative freedom. She assists in prepping, installing and producing any event, large or small, and especially loves executing those special, artistic finishing touches on all of our events. -
Hannah Breault, Event Producer/Installer
Hannah is a freshman at Rock Valley College and plans to major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. As she aspires to be a wedding and event planner, she is passionate about helping couples achieve their most perfect wedding day and loves the work she does at Event Floral. Hannah is responsible for installing and executing floral and décor pieces of our event orders and her creative attention to detail is essential in producing our many events. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys volunteering her time with St. Bridget’s Youth Ministry and loves spending time with her friends and family. -

Hannah Breault, Event Producer/Installer

Annie Von Arx, Event Producer/Installer
Passionate about art, gardening and landscaping, Annie brings strong experience in landscape, greenhouse work, and visual merchandising to our team. Annie is a CNA and has earned her Associates Degree from Rock Valley College. She is a program volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse and is an avid artist, designing and painting large-scale murals and hand-drawn greeting cards. Annie is currently pursuing her degree in Landscape Design at Kishwaukee College. She is looking forward to learning more about event design and floral arranging. -
Debra Quillen, Founder, Designer
Founder of Event Floral, Debra Quillen established the creative vision for Event Floral as innovator in the Rockford market as an event focused florist. She pushed Event Floral to produce designs and overall experiences that were unexpected, modern, and unforgettable. Her commitment to customer service was shown in always “going the extra mile” to make every event truly spectacular, with the belief that each client deserves the best!Debra Quillen spent her early years helping her father, James Adams, with his local Rockford floral business, Broadway Florist. As a child, she learned floral design under his watchful eyes. She continued on to study at Iowa State University College of Design. She designed nationwide and trained under multiple renowned designers. In 2003, Debra officially opened Event Floral Design Studio to pursue her passion of wedding and event flowers. After over 10 years, Debra passed ownership to Erin Stoffregen in 2014. She continues to assist Event Floral with funeral designs and as a business mentor.
Debra’s energy and joy are derived from her strong faith. She now shares her generous and positive outlook with her church, its spiritual endeavors, and all around her.
